Our dog trainer recommended this harness after months of training, as an addition to it. I was sceptical at first – always thought anti-pull aids were a shortcut. But the trainer explained: the front clip supports the training, it doesn't replace it. The dog learns faster through the mechanics that pulling doesn't get him where he wants to go. Our Pointer Ares picked up the front-clip principle really quickly. Combined with the training he's a different dog on walks now. Harness quality: excellent. Material top-notch and soft, metal fittings solid, reflective strips well placed. The top handle is really handy. Best investment for our dog alongside the training.

Just back from our first walk with this harness. Our dog Luca's pulled for 3 years. Today: he tried to pull twice, turned himself round automatically both times, then walked calmly beside me. I'm standing here and I still can't quite believe it. The harness itself is properly high quality too – lovely mesh material, solid buckles, soft padding. The back handle's a great idea. Packaging was lovely. I'll update this review in a few weeks but after one walk I'm already convinced.

Bought this harness about a year ago now. Quality after a year: very good. Material shows normal wear but no rips, no seams coming apart, no rusting metal fittings. Water-resistant finish still works. Function after a year: our GSD Bruno barely pulls at all anymore. He's internalised the principle so thoroughly he doesn't even try to walk straight ahead. Took a year to get there, but the trend was positive from day one. Overall verdict: absolutely worth it. I'll definitely buy the next one from here too.
Sounds dramatic, but that's exactly how it was. Every walk with our girl Rosa came with a side of social shame. The looks from other dog owners. The comments. 'That dog's not trained at all.' I know this sounds dramatic, but I have to write it down. My girl Bella, a Labrador cross, has pulled like mad since she was a pup. First walk with Hercules: he pulled three times, turned himself round three times, then stopped pulling. THREE TIMES. Material is properly suited to his size, tough, good padding, fits rock solid. The 4-point adjustability helped fit his unusual build. I'd recommend this harness to anyone who's given up hope.
