Welcome to Pawdys. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Pawdys. Pawdys operates this website and store, including all related content, features, tools and services, to give you a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Our store runs on the Shopify platform, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced within them, set out your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. Please read them carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, browsing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with either, please don't use our Services. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND YOUR ACCOUNT
By using our Services you confirm that you are old enough to enter into a binding contract, and that you consent to any minors in your household using the Services on devices you own or manage.

To browse or purchase from our store, we may ask for information such as your email, billing and shipping details. You confirm that any information you give us is accurate, current and complete, and that you're entitled to provide it. You're responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity on your account. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or licensed to anyone else.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings. We can't guarantee that a product will look or perform exactly as shown online.

Product descriptions may be updated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantities available to any person or region.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Your order isn't confirmed until we send acceptance, and payment must be received and processed first. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as we may not be able to accommodate changes once it's confirmed. If we change or cancel an order, we'll contact you using the details you provided at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. You confirm that anything you buy from us is for personal or household use, not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices and promotions may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the time you place your order, confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, prices don't include any applicable taxes, duties or shipping charges.

Prices on our website may differ from prices in other sales channels. Promotional offers are subject to their own terms, which take priority over these Terms where they conflict.

You agree to give us accurate, current payment and billing information and to keep it updated. You confirm that any payment method you use is genuinely yours (or that you're authorised to use it), that charges will be honoured by your provider, and that you'll pay the listed price including any shipping and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times are just that – estimates, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control. Once we hand your order to the courier, risk passes to you, though this doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods arrive damaged or faulty.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Services – including our brand name, logos, text, images, graphics and product photography – belongs to Pawdys, our affiliates or licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any part of our content without our written permission. Our brand name, logo and product names are trademarks of Pawdys and may not be used without our consent. Shopify's own trademarks belong to Shopify.

SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
Some tools available through our Services may be provided by third parties we don't control. These are offered "as is", without any warranty from us, and any use of them is at your own risk – please check the relevant third party's own terms.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may link to third-party websites. We don't review or take responsibility for their content, and accessing them is at your own risk. Any issues with third-party products or services should be raised directly with that third party.

SECTION 9 – OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Pawdys runs on Shopify's platform, but any purchase you make is a contract directly between you and Pawdys. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of that sale, including loss or damage arising from products purchased, and you agree not to hold Shopify liable for claims relating to your purchase from us.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Any personal information you share with us is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Because our store is hosted on Shopify, some of your data is also processed by Shopify to help deliver the Services – see our Privacy Policy for details.

SECTION 11 – YOUR FEEDBACK
If you send us feedback, reviews or suggestions, you give us a free, worldwide licence to use, adapt and publish that content for any purpose, including marketing. You confirm the feedback is your own, that you've disclosed any incentive you received for it, and that it doesn't break these Terms or any third party's rights. We're not obliged to keep feedback confidential, pay for it, or act on it, and we may remove content we consider inappropriate.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
Occasionally our site may contain errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability. We may correct these, update information, or cancel an affected order at any time, even after you've placed it.

SECTION 13 – ACCEPTABLE USE

This limitation doesn't exclude or limit liability that can't be excluded under UK law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

You agree to cover any reasonable costs, claims or damages we face as a result of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of someone else's rights.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect.

SECTION 20 – NO WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we don't enforce a right under these Terms, that doesn't mean we've given it up. These Terms, together with our other policies, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our Services.

SECTION 21 – TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours without needing your consent.

SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
